Mother Nature

Mother nature’s glory
And her simple stories,
My granny used to tell,
Beside the village well.

She would lead us to the mountains,
High above the sky, freely flowing fountains.
Among the clouds we would fly unscathed,
Our imaginations like fledglings newly hatched.
But, gone are those days of carefree stories,
Nature’s heart soaked in worries.
Man’s relentless exploitation,
Consume nature without hesitation.

Nature bleeds red with rust,
Her crown decorated with dust.
Oh! hear the plea, every nation,
Restore mother nature,
and save every future generation.

  1. I am doing my share, I still wear clothes from even ten years ago because I don't want to clutter and spoil this Earth.

  2. Good day! I know this is kinda off topic but I'd figured I'd ask.
Would you be interested in trading links or maybe guest authoring a
blog article or vice-versa? My blog covers a lot of the same subjects as
yours and I believe we could greatly benefit from
each other. If you are interested feel free to send me an email.
I look forward to hearing from you! Terrific blog by the way!

  3. This is a plea that every single person needs to pay attention to. If not now, then it might be too late. Well penned!

Thank you for flying by. I appreciate your honest and critical comments.
