This is the Night of a Summer’s Day

This is the night,
of a summer’s day,
when daylights,
hide, tire and wane.

Moon’s cooling gaze,
fades summer’s rage.
Night’s magic all over,
floats till dawn,
as morning haze.

This is the night,
of a summer’s day,
when daylights,
hide, tire and wane.
