From Dawn To Dusk And Beyond

Floating on the waves of sea,
lifting night’s veil,
dawn snuggles the hills,
warming cold chill.

The fireball rises high,
mist touches the sky,
                          and noon time tinkles around.

Donning her satin gown,
evening descends down,
cooling ferns and fronds.

The windy moorland smiles,
as the white pearl shines,
in its fines.

  2. It is a rather cool morning here. A bit chilly out here on the deck. And the fog settled in after night is a damp cool dress. I like your play with the rotation of the day.

  8. Awesome images that evoke the sense of contentment ones feels in that dreamy half-awake/half-asleep serenity one often experiences beyond dawn.
