Blowing Dandelions

A bright sunny day,

dandelion spores fly away,

spreading wishes along,

carrying dreams furlong,

Up into the clouds,

to the moony sounds,

playing with soft snow,

sliding on rainbow.

I wish they sprout upon you,

covering in pristine hue,

for these dandelions carry my love to you.

  1. Hello greetings and good wishes.

Lovely poem and a fantastic photo.

There was a time when pigeons were used to send messages of love but it is interesting to read your visualisation of dandelions carrying love. A fabulous thought,.

    Best wishes

  2. Dandelions are so much fun and you can put them in your springs greens to eat.

    Thanks for visiting.

  6. I love, love, love this! The hope left behind, the promise of tomorrow, the almost knowledge that life will go on... Because that's what matters in the end, isn't it? To know that we've touched someone and that they can stay rooted (or fly away, if they choose), even if we aren't there. ♥
